Nike x Stranger Things Classic CortezUniversity Red & White
Season 3 of Stranger Things premieres on July 4th and if we know one thing, it’s to expect the unexpected – but if this collab with Nike is anything to go by, expect it with a backdrop of red, white and blue. Here, the sneaker titan’s iconic 1972 Cortez track shoe gets the Stranger Things treatment. Decked out in berry red leather, it has the year this season is set – 1985 – stamped into the heel panels and a bright white Swoosh intersecting the vamp. A white foam midsole features a red go-faster stripe while the insole is stamped with tiny blue stars, flying the patriotic flag for the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana.
