Adidas x Wales Bonner SambaNavy, White & Yellow
adidas and Wales Bonner have a history of celebrating the designer’s Jamaican-British heritage, and it continues this season, too. This time, though, it’s dancehall music’s rise to fame in the ‘80s that’s spotlighted. The Samba is given the nod once again — fitting, really, given it’s a favourite amongst dancehall culture — and the clean-cut look of the model is retained. There are nods to Wales Bonner’s aesthetic throughout, though. The upper is cut from navy blue suede and detailed with yellow serrated three stripes, while the tongue is off-white and features the designer’s signature topstitching.
