Taking inspiration from hiking adventures, these plush suede and leather boots from Vans Vault’s latest collab with designer Taka Hayashi are far from the skating classics we are used to seeing. Inspired by the rain forest, they’re coloured in deep teal and popping lilac - a nod to the rivers and sunsets of the Amazon. With subtle design details referencing Van’s classic Buffalo boots, the hardware recalls vintage backpacks and climbing ropes while underfoot a chunky lugged sole confirms these boots are outdoor-ready.
