Rick Owens is an expert in the avant-garde. And this season, it’s joining forces with Venice-based designer SWAMPGOD to fuse its subversive approach to design with sustainability. Presented by END., these army boots are made from deadstock textile – that’s been reconfigured to achieve this new, bold design that nods to Owens’ rebellious sensibilities – and detailed with a detachable, wrap-around layer that resembles duct tape. Finishing off the experimental look, you’ll find a lace-up fastening and a chunky, abstract sole.
