Baxter of California's mint toner is an alcohol-free, menthol toner that is non-drying and suitable for all skin types. Here, vitamins C and E help to protect the skin from premature ageing, whilst essential oils gently lift excess oil from the surface of the face. Aloe vera and cucumber have been blended into this toner to soothe and calm the skin. Use daily after cleansing and before moisturising to keep your skin in perfect form.
