The Breton stripe shirt was first introduced in 1858 as the uniform for all French navy seaman in Northern France - and it’s been reimaged here by French-born brand AMI. Made from soft cotton, it's coloured in white with nautic blue stripes and its iconic 'ami de coeur' logo sits proudly at the chest, in red.
