Clarks Originals x A Bathing Ape Wallabee BootCoral Combi

The Wallabee has long been a streetwear staple. Its clean-cut, moc-toe construction usually elevates any ‘fit, but Clarks Originals throws all that out the window this season by partnering with A Bathing Ape, the Japanese label that always leans towards the bold. This boot is no exception, nor is it BAPE’s first foray into moc-toed styles. Back in the late-noughties, the label released the Manhunt – a model that bore a striking resemblance to the Wallabee – and it gives a nod to that model across the pink suede panels of this pair. A signature camouflage across the rest of the uppers and a rippled rubber sole further distance it from the refined styles usually favoured by Clarks.
