Adidas x Raf Simons Samba AdiletteFuture White
Steeped in nostalgia, the latest adidas x Raf Simons collaboration takes design cues from the archives with this reworked pair of Adilettes. Creating an optical illusion, the Belgian designer uses the upper of the original adidas Samba and brings it to this poolside classic. Paying homage to the authentic football trainer, the collaborative pair takes inspiration from French painting technique known as the trompe l'oeil, with printed branding decorating the tongue and sole. Promising cushioning comfort with every step, the artistic rendition stays true with a moulded footbed and sturdy rubber outsole.
