The GEL Kayano Trainer 21 is a hybrid inspired by sneakers from ASICS’ past. It’s made with neutral-hued pigskin suede uppers, fitted with a sock-like collar borrowed from models of the ‘90s and finished with a GEL Cushioned sole taken straight from 2014’s regular GEL Kayano 21.
