Description
adidas Consortium is joining forces with London-based Wales Bonner. This time around, however, the duo are looking to the sportswear brand’s archives to put a vibrant spin on the iconic Samba. Taking cues from west African culture, the uppers are crafted from striking red textile and overlaid with premium hits of suede, complete with contrasting cream 3-Stripes down the side wall for a fun, vibrant take on a signature look. A gum rubber outsole pays homage to the original, while two-tone laces and exposed stitching put a twist on a classic.
