Adidas Consortium x Slam Jam Tubular NovaCore White & Clear Granite
Drawing inspiration from the marble statues of Italian masters, this collaborative effort from German sporting legends Adidas and Italian streetwear royalty Slam Jam, delivers a premium update on a futuristic runner. Subverting the normative approach to collaboration, which relies heavily on reworking storied silhouettes into contemporary updates, this effort focuses on ageing and distressing a silhouette first released in 2016.
This modern approach to collaboration sees the Tubular Nova model kitted out in premium tonal leather and suede uppers with a worn-in handle, sat atop a stylised one-piece EVA outsole that simultaneously offers comfort and traction, expertly finished with dual branding to heel tab and tongue.
