adidas’ Broomfield has its roots firmly rooted in the casual culture of the ‘80s; inspired by the terrace-favourite AS700, it first appeared in the SPEZIAL line as the Mallison and now finds itself dubbed the Broomfield. Named after Airdrieonian F.C.’s previous stadium, itself a respectful nod towards the late adidas collector and Airdrie fan, Mark Allison, it’s offered here in retro brown suede, with serrated Three-Stripe branding, gold foil sidewall naming and a translucent rubber outsole all adding to the throwback appeal.
