Gramicci's story begins on the granite walls of Yosemite. Founded in 1982 by climber Mike Graham, the brand emerged from a simple frustration: the gear available at the time wasn't built for the way climbers actually moved. His answer was the first true climbing short, designed with freedom of movement at its core and finished with details that quickly earned a following beyond the crag.
That journey has taken Gramicci a long way from California. The brand's famed G-Pants and climbing shorts found fans among surfers, skaters and a growing cast of subcultures, before making their way to the streets of Tokyo and beyond. Today, the collection still carries the same spirit it was founded on: functional clothing designed for movement, equally at home on a mountainside, in the city or anywhere in between.
