adidas’ Superstar may have started life as a basketball sneaker back in 1970, but in the years since it’s become a favourite on the streets around the globe. In tribute to this fact, the sportswear stalwart creates a pack that focuses on some of the cities that continue to shape the legacy of the model. This pair is for Tokyo, as denoted by the silver foil text on the sidewall, and retains the model-synonymous shell toe on the front. It’s teamed with black Italian leather uppers and perforated Three Stripe branding, in place of the usual serrated version, for a sleek, timeless appearance.
