Skateboarding was set to make its Summer Games debut in Tokyo this year – before the event was cancelled – and Nike SB celebrates one of the nation’s most endearing traditions with this Zoom Blazer Mid. It’s an ode to sashiko, the decorative stitching that straddles the line between form and function, and evidenced through all the intricate details across the mixed material blue uppers. They’re most notable across the big-bellied Swoosh, but appear around the model’s iconic heel panel and sidewall reinforcement, too. The underfoot tooling remains untouched and as park-ready as ever, though, with a Zoom Air unit keeping your foot cushioned through all your flip tricks and big drops.
