END. and Reebok follow on from “Reported Sightings” with the Club C “Stout” - all for the love of St. Patrick’s day. Beer drinker or not, this sneaker brings the luck o’ the Irish, looking to a full pint of the famed centuries-old tipple as inspiration. Black suede represents the dark, heavy-bodied beer, covering the entire upper, whilst up top and inside is soft and cushioned terry lining, for you know, the best bit - the foamy head. Underfoot it’s all about the flavour, with rich brown tones and co-ordinated laces echoing the almost-coffee-like-taste of the top-fermented ale. As well as arriving in a very stout-like bespoke matt black and cream box, rounding off this St. Paddy’s day special is of course, the four-leaf clover, which is embroidered at the tongue and side wall and a tongue-in-cheek “Drink Responsibly” slogan is detailed at the insoles. The sneakers also come with a co-branded beer towel too, ideal for the festivities.
