The recent resurgence in Saucony has been unparalleled this year with the runners favourite garnering a new group of sneaker-loving admirers. The Pennsylvania-based brand closes it’s 2012 collection with two collaborative projects with lifestyle boutique BAIT and heralded footwear store PYS.

The first part is set for release on the 24th November and is a three way collaboration with PYS (Pick Your Shoes), which sees the Shadow 6000 brilliantly reworked in premium, contrast suede. Released under the moniker ‘Blue Apples’, conceptually based on Adam & Eve and the forbidden fruit, this eye catching colourway perfectly showcases the iconic lines of this classic 90s runner. A tan rubber outsole and heel piece are used whilst the shoe is finished off with the PYS branding on the tongue and lacetips.

Part Two is a direct collaboration with BAIT reworking the silhouette of the classic 1994 runner, the Grid 9000. Named the ‘Viridian Burner’, this high-performance shoe is given the premium touch with perforated suede overlays and underlays, whilst 3M reflective technology is used to accent the lateral side of the sneaker. A serrated BAIT branded pull runs under the lacing system to the tongue whilst the midsole is brought to life with a viridian green/black gradient.

As with all previous Saucony collaborations, numbers are limited. For additional information, please contact us via email or calling the store on +44 191 231 3983.
